Privacy
Short version: we keep what your song needs, for as long as your song needs it, and we do not sell any of it.
What we keep
The answers you type into the song form: the name of the person the song is for, what they are to you, the occasion, the story you write, your music settings, the lyrics, and your email address. Plus a record of which song files were made for you.
Why we keep it
To write the lyrics, make the song, show it to you on your own page, and let you come back to it later. Your email address is kept so we can find your song again if you lose the link and reach you if something goes wrong. We do not send marketing email.
How long
Thirty days, after which a request and its page are removed automatically. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Who else sees it
Only suppliers, and only the part they need. The music and artwork service (fal.ai) receives your lyrics and style settings to make the song and its cover. The payment provider (Mollie) handles your payment; we never see your card number. The email service (Resend) delivers your download mail. Our storage and hosting (Upstash, Vercel) hold the data described above. None of them may use it for anything else, and nothing is sold to anyone.
Cookies and advertising
Nothing loads until you say yes on the cookie bar. If you agree, two tools run: Microsoft Clarity, which shows us anonymised recordings of how pages are used so we can fix what confuses people, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which measures whether an ad led to a song. Decline and the site works exactly the same. We never sell or share your story or your songs.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email contact@aifais.com and we will handle it.
